I am always seeing patterns and forms in nature. Forms made from textures, natural patterns, forms created by shadow and light. The forms in the rock face of El Capitan created many interesting shapes. The one that stood out was a recessed section that look to me like a mother and child sitting together. My wife and I argued over what a title could be, she won, "Mother and Child Watching Over the Valley."
