Ding Ding Trams
These rackety double-deckers, travelling along Hennessy Road at Wan Chai in Hong Kong, have been on this route for over a century. The tram is the cheapest mode of public transport on the island and runs on tramway tracks powered by electricity. The locals refer to them as the "Ding Ding", because of the constant noisy chiming along the way. In the foreground is the ‘hop on-hop off’ tram catered for tourists.
