Whilst on a road trip in Alagoas, North of Brazil, in 2017, we ended up in the small village of Massagueira after a very long day exploring beaches and their surroundings. Starved and exhausted, we decided to pick a place where to have some food in what seemed to be the first conglomerate of civilisation we had encountered in hours. We stopped by side of this small restaurant, who's opened veranda faced a calm river, which looked almost like a peaceful, exotic lagoon. Sunset was coming, and with it this incredible light, enhanced a million times by its magnificent reflection on the water.
