Discovering the blue whale at the Gothenburg Natural History Museum
A grandmother and her grandson explores the Gothenburg Natural History Museum and the blue whale that stranded along the coast about 150 years ago. The young male whale, not yet fully grown, is the world's only stuffed blue whale and is still one of the famous sights of Gothenburg. On rare occasions the whale is opened up and visitors may enter the café housed inside the body cavity. It is a strange and grotesque experience.
