18th Annual Smithsonian Magazine Photo Contest The American Experience
Divided America
During the last few weeks Chicago's mayor has been putting up the city bridges to decrease the amount of people protesting in high merchandise areas leading to looting. I felt this image was a powerful statement of the overall division in our country between political parties, races, and wealth.
