While I was working with an NGO in the Philippines, I was being rushed from one location to another in a van with broken air con. Fortunately, the air con was broken, so I get to open the window and soak in the dust and the view. We rushed past countless villages and road side cafe. I stuck my camera outside the window and shot away whenever I saw some people sitting on the road side. It was a sweltering summer day, and I thought this picture really hits that dog day afternoon spot.
