This photo is showing a small plane gearing up for take off from the Long Island Skydiving Center on Long Island. An uncle of mine was sudden diagnosed with stage 4 pancreatic cancer. He decided that he would not wallow but make every last day count...so he went skydiving. I was on hand to capture the day. This image shows the depth of the tragic situation but the lack of waiting to make life count.
