Dove release at the annual MAAFA Commemoration in Congo Square, New Orleans. During the Maafa Commemoration in New Orleans, members of the African-American community come together to memorialize and honor the millions of Africans who suffered the horrors of the TransAtlantic Slave Trade and Middle Passage of the 1700s. It is held during the July 4th weekend.
