Downy Woodpecker Pecking Wood
This Downy Woodpecker proved to be a very industrious bird. He was very focused on pecking away at a limb without seeming to even notice me. When he was finished with one limb, he moved on to another and eventually on to other trees as well. I must have taken nearly 150 photos of him before I decided it was time to move on. He continued pecking away unfazed.
