I didn't want to alter it from my phone in any way. The story behind this photo is a few hours prior I had a breakup. When walking through the trail along the reservoir I saw this dragonfly and couldn't help but capture the moment. The beauty in life and how free one creature can be. Just flying around through the trees and around the beautiful mountains in the background with the sea within miles and the reservoir within touch. It was beautiful and it let me capture the moment that beauty is all around and one breakup shouldn't ruin your day and this moment was when I smiled and wanted to be free and fiery like the bright redness in this dragonfly. Take a moment to breathe and just take in the beauty that surrounds me.
