Dripping Pollen Blessings at an Apache Sunrise Ceremony
I had the privilege of attending and photographing the Apache Sunrise Ceremony for a friend. This ceremony marks the transition of a young lady into womanhood. On this day the people of her tribe had the opportunity to say a blessing over her and sprinkle her with pollen.
