In the rainy season a lot of fish is caught in the river, sea and such cannel. It is not possible for a fisherman sell all the fish at rotten stage. So those are needs to be processed in a scientific way to keep them good for a long time. Dry fish contain a lot of proteins better than fresh fish. They can keep those fish for a year and sell them in a good profitable rate. Most of the coastal communities of Bangladesh lead their livelihood through this fish drying activities.
