Drying Fish
Drying Fish in Long Điền, Ba Ria - Vung Tau. The heads and tails of the fish are cut off and the rest is sliced in half. After, the fish are cleansed with seawater to preserve their freshness. The fish are spread on racks made from wooden frames with tight-knit nets and left in the sun to dry.
