This photo depicts Notre Dame and Canal St. Martin. I lived in Paris over the summer, and this was my favorite spot to go. I used to sit on the steps next to the canal and read and draw. My favorite time to go was at dusk because not only was it beautiful, but it was also very populated. There were groups of young students drinking wine by the canal, families site-seeing, and street performers doing tricks.
