Spectators raise their hands as effigy of king Ravana's brother is burnt during Dussehra festivities in New Delhi, India. Dussehra festival commemorates the victory of Hindu god Rama over Ravana. The burning of effigies of Ravana, signifying the victory of good over evil, brings the festivities to an end.
