Nieuwjaarsduik is a Dutch tradition of starting the year by jumping into the freezing sea. Hundreds of tourists who decided to spend the New Year in a tropical country wouldn't miss the opportunity to jump into the Caribbean Sea. Even though the water was warm, they still decided to wear red hats. The photo was taken 1st of January 2024 (it is tradition), and drone updates changed the date.
