Eagle's Nest, clouds roll into the view of Hitler's sunroom, his place of retreat

My rainy bus ride connected me to a hall-like tunnel with an elevator to Hitler's retreat, the Kehlsteinhaus. The clouds began to move and mix with sun welcoming me to the elegant Bavarian Alps. Hitler chose this poignant ever-changing scenery to relax and strategize his conquest of Europe.
