A group of 3-4 Bluebirds was feasting on dried berries just off the deck of our house in suburban Connecticut. They were so engrossed in the task at hand that I had time to assemble my Nikon D850 and Nikkor 200-500 millimeter lens and shoot through a partially open window at the back of the house. This one is my favorite of that moment.
