I have been involved in working with the group to produce a photographic series of their enterprise. Fork and Dig It is a community supported agriculture organic project set within Stanmer Park just outside Brighton on the South Downs. They grow fruit and vegetables all year round using the 'no-dig' approach and provide a veg share for the local community.
