Stepped castle. Edinburgh Castle viewed from Princes Street Gardens. I went to Edinburgh on business after a 2 year absence. I decided to have a walkabout from my hotel, as I had never been to this side of the castle from New Town. Very dull grey day, but never photographed from Princes Street. I thought this image looked better in black and white, capturing the mood.
