Edinburgh Castle viewed from St Cuthbert's Churchyard. I went to Edinburgh on business after a 2 year absence. I decided to have a walkabout from my hotel, as I had never been to this side of the castle from New Town. Very dull grey day, but on finding my way down St Cuthbert's Church, I looked up and realised I had never photographed Edinburgh Castle from the Lothian Road side. I thought this image looked better in black and white, capturing the mood.
