Elephant at Sunset in Etosha National Park

This photo was completely because of luck. My friend and I were heading out to the edge of the salt pan to take sunset photos. All of a sudden, a herd of elephant in a line crossed the road about 20 yards in front of the car. It completely caught us by surprise. They were obviously spooked by something as the bulls were throwing their heads back-and-forth and snorting. We stupidly were hanging out of the windows of the car out of excitement but quickly came to our senses and popped back into the safety of the car. It was very dark by then since the sun sets so quickly so I just snapped quickly and hoped for the best.
