Mount Kilimanjaro can be seen for many miles. The elephants in Amboseli graze and cool in the local swamps each day. In the evening, these elephants cross a wide dry riverbed to head back into the hills for the evening. This photo is late afternoon when the elephants are crossing the riverbed heading back into the hills.
