This tiny orchid truly is the size of the perfect Fairy slipper. Delicate pink, with elements of woodland fragrance, this secretive gem surfaces under the protective cloak of pine boughs to bring a brief breath of beauty to the forest floor. Capturing this orchid was an enchanting experience. On a returned visit sad to say the area was logged and the orchids lost.
