"Enduring Legacy" The 5 Sullivan Brothers all enlisted and served onboard the USS Juneau during World War II. There, they all lost their lives together when torpedoed by a Japanese submarine in 1942. Onboard the USS The Sullivan's, on display in the Buffalo and Erie County Naval and Military Park, are photos of each of the 5 brothers. I applied the multiple image of my United States Air Force Helmet to one of the brothers to show the enduring legacy that exists for those who served in the past to those serving today.
