15th Annual Smithsonian Magazine Photo Contest Natural World
Engulfed
On a beautiful 85 degree day in the East Bay, clouds are soaring over the mountains of San Francisco only 25 minutes away. The temperature outside drops as I get closer and closer to my destination. Slowly but surely, what I spent my day traveling to see was becomming englufed by one of Nature's many beautiful blessings.
