Enjoying a summer day in Philly in the backdrop of Hurricane Ida

In September, the remnants of Hurricane Ida made its way to Philadelphia. As I joined others to document this historic flooding throughout the city, I had heard that our I-676 Expressway was flooded from the waters of the Schuylkill River. Lo and behold, a man decided this was the perfect time to enjoy a summer day by the river. Wearing nothing but sunglasses, a baseball cap, swim trunks, and sandals, he comes floating by on a donut while drinking a beer. There is always one person and I was so happy to be there to capture this moment.
