Entering The Witch's Hat Tower

For 3 hours once a year the historic Witch's Hat Tower is opened to the public. Yellow index cards are handed out as you enter the tower to be returned on your exit. An efficient way to track the number of visitors in the top of the tower. Built in 1913 as a working water tower for the local residents it is now a historical landmark standing on the highest natural elevation of the city.
