This ethereal scene was captured while I was flying my plane over southern Oregon. I encountered gorgeous clouds, rain, and numerous rainbows during the golden hour. It was definitely one of my most unforgettable and spiritual flights to date. The tiny volcanic cinder cone is known as Wizard Island, located in Crater Lake—the deepest lake in the US at 1,943 feet.
