Exit Plan After A Quick Quench
A female Mallard had been swimming upstream and started making warning/distress calls and the owl looked right and left for the best exit plan and promptly flew to it's right, up and away from potential threats. It hung out for another hour, moving to a couple different perches before settling down for a nap, which is when I made my exit.
