Exploring the Old Bergen Arches
My friend walking through the old Bergen Arches/Erie Cut in Jersey City, NJ. Bergen arches is a mile long series of tunnels cut into Bergen Hill the lower section of the Palisade mountains. They trains that ran through the the tunnels were operated by Erie Railroad. They have been abandoned since 1959.
