I wasn't expecting to see this deer the evening of 11-8-2023 when it was my intention to shoot a picture of a red squirrel in back of our house. The doe was standing like a statue looking straight at me 100 yards away by the side of our driveway. The red squirrel by then had disappeared from a photo shoot but got a much better opportunity with this young wild doe who stayed long enough in one spot for me to shoot her picture. It was like she was posing for me.
