Eye of the Gray Whale
Gray whales are seemingly as curious about humans as we are about them. I've photographed the gray whales in the three big lagoons in Baja California since the early 90's, close to 30 times, and they seem to be even more friendly towards we strange visitors. This whale floated just below the surface, making eye contact, watching me it seemed, and I'd love to know his/her thoughts on what they saw...
