I was standing on the North Pier in South Haven, MI watching gulls. I was alerted by some aggravated gulls and I observed this owl fly in and land right next to me on the pier. I actually had to step back to capture this photo. After a few minutes it flew off. It was 1 of 3 Snowies I saw that day.
