Factory Butte is a flat-topped hill of orange-brown sandstone, located near Hanksville, in southern Utah, near Capitol Reef National Park. The stunning outwardly geography of these Utah badlands is popular amongst photographers, as well as OHV enthusiasts wanting an unparalleled riding experience. I photographed the butte with a drone just before sunrise, when the light was soft and the colors were vibrant. I included the Jeep at the bottom of the frame to give perspective and a sense of adventure and exploring this true American Experience.
