The famous naturalist John Muir said it best when he said "Keep close to Nature’s heart... and break clear away, once in awhile, and climb a mountain or spend a week in the woods. Wash your spirit clean." We need to connect with our natural roots to remain centered and fall in Kentucky is a prime example of this. I frequent Bernheim Forest , in Clermont Kentucky , during all times of the year for just such reasons.
