I love focusing in on the details, such as one leaf from a whole tree. Sometimes the little things are more enjoyable to look at than the large. I loved the spots on this leaf because I feel it shows that it was a natural leaf. The shadows that are created on the leaf add geometric shapes to the image creating a more artistic feel. Of course I was attracted to the contrast between the yellow/orange and the blue sky.
