16 February 2023, Kairouan, Tunisia. The entire family of Le Cinema Du Desert travels along the roads of Tunisia in their truck converted into a mobile home. The cabin is divided into spaces for driving, relaxation, and work. While Davide drives and Francesca plans the routes, Zaira and Laila, the children, play cheerfully. They move from one town to another to organize film screenings in places where cinemas are not typically found, collaborating with local organizations. This desire for movement reflects the importance of shared knowledge and interconnectedness between people and their environment. It underscores the necessity of mutual collaboration for collective well-being through the screening of environmental and humanitarian films and documentaries. Projects are also carried out with the humanitarian organization NGO "Children in the Desert," of which they are members.
