Fan throated Lizard
This ia a mobile capture! Fan-throated lizard (Sitana ponticeriana) is a species of agamid lizard found in eastern peninsular India. During the breeding season, males develop tri-coloured gular appendage. The species is found mostly on the open ground patches around cultivation fields and thin forests. It is about 8 inches long including a 5inch tail. Despite the tiny size, they are unusually bold. I had been observing the behaviour of the lizard over a few weeks and could manage to get up-close in camouflage outfit.
