In 2015, I took a six month sabbatical to travel through Europe, learn French, and study art and history. I stayed in 12 countries as far reaching as Potugal, Greece, Finland, and Estonia. While I Tallinn, Estonia's capital, I wandered through the farmers market. There, I was tickled to find locally-sourced honey and radishes, mushrooms in jars, and dried fish, nose first in a woven basket.
