This image was taken on my summer trip to Sicily, and this particular shot is from Trapani on the western coast of the island. I furtively snapped this shot through the window of the ceramic artist's workshop, intrigued by the control of his hands and look of focus and calm as he painted. There was just enough space through the ornaments (one of which he is painting) hanging in the window to capture il maestro at work.
