Feeling Small Compared to the Wall

This shot of the Pumasillo glacier and the Choquequirao trail was taken on the 5th day of a 9 day hike in Peru after just passing through the Abra San Juan Pass. As I looked all around me I could feel the vastness of the landscape and the magnitude of the cliffs above and below me and the Pumasillo glacier in front of me. Hiking always makes me ponder the bigger world outside of my own existence. Hiking here, I thought about how small I must look against this backdrop and was reminded that everything is about one's perspective on it. Mindset matters.
