Female Golden monkey side view

Payment from tourists help buy roofs for houses, schools, and shoes for Rwandan citizens. It helps preserve habitat of the animals being visited. Trackers keep track of primate groups and use radios to help the tourist's guides come quickly to the primates each day. This group is habituated to humans so walking among them is easy. This monkey is looking for new bamboo shoots. The females are red on the sides. The males are golden.
