Female osprey in Port Jefferson Marina keeps watchful eye.

Osprey and mate make home in Port Jefferson, NY harbor. In April of 2024 a pair of ospreys took up residence in Port Jefferson's harbor marina. They built a crude nest atop a harbor radio beacon tower which I'm certain gave the Harbor Constable a considerable head ache.
