The Ferris Wheel is located in a tourist zone, the National Harbor hosts meetings, carnivals and festivities all year long. The wheel is made of metal which is fixed in place and does not consist of trash. Visitors like to visit and ride the wheel, this also generates funds for the state of Maryland.
