I was staying at the Royal Chandu in Zambia - near Victoria Falls. Though an uber-luxury resort, nevertheless they take a very sustainable approach by involving the local community in special dances and ceremonies for the guests. It helps preserve their traditions and heritage while providing income in the process. This was a most memorable evening that was highlighted by the fire-eating dancer. His expressions were both frightening and surreal.
