During the Lantern Festival, taitung and zhunan, Taiwan, and other places, will hold a huge, lively Fried "handan ye" activities. The activities begin at about 6 p.m. on the evening of the Lantern Festival, usually in the open Spaces in front of squares, parks or temples, and gradually extend to the streets.
