Firing up briskets for table grill.
We came across a grilled eel restaurant in Yeonnam-dong in Seoul. The picture shows the briskets being fired up prior to transfer to the table grill. Briskets are still used widely in Korea for both grill restaurants as well as for warming homes in winter.
