First Flight
I work at a school and one of the parents gave us a chrysalis so that we could watch its transformation into a butterfly. The day after it finally hatched, it could not yet fly, and it would sit on my hand as I typed at my computer! Occasionally it would try to fly, run into a wall, and return to my hand. Finally, we were able to watch it fly away free into the wild.
