First popular fair after lockdown
Linares is a small-not-interesting city in the middle of Andalusia. Like Detroit, it once knew an industrial past but the Land Rover factory closed and thousands of people lost their job. In crisis since then, the 2020 pandemic lockdown broke definitely the fragile economy of the city. On October 2021, the city council authorized a weekend fair. Surprisingly, the population did get out of its mourning for several hours and had the fantasy of a living town and joy.
